The Toray Digital Creation Awards 2005 (DCA2005) Awards Ceremony was held at Toray Industries Inc.'s headquarters building on Sunday, May 21.
On the day of the ceremony, Tokyo, which has been subject to many rainy days recently, enjoyed blue skies, with pleasant weather suggestive of early summer.
Thirty-one people, including the DCA2005 award winners and their friends and family, attended the ceremony where awards were handed out after members of the Screening Committee commented on the Grand Prize, Excellence Award, and Special Recognition Award entries for the General Section and Junior Section.
After the ceremony recipients and members of the Screening Committee socialized in a friendly atmosphere, and time passed by so quickly that the event seemed to draw to a close in the blink of an eye.
