COMMENT
Most of the 3D computer graphic works I create are usually used on published goods, photos, and at times, video tapes.

But in reality, I like to see my work displayed on the computer screen. I don't think that the only acceptable format for appreciating an artwork is by hanging it up on the wall. Rather, I have been thinking that there should be a more appropriate means of enjoying the new and emerging field of computer graphics.

I found out about "DCA" from Toray's Internet homepage.

I was particularly interested in the fact that entry for this particular award was applied for over the Internet. The smooth and speedy process of sending a work, created in a computer, through a hard disk, which was then displayed over the Internet, was particularly to my liking, and I thought was especially suitable for the field of digital art.
