COMMENT

Thank you very much for having selected my work for the award.
Looking back, ever since I became an illustrator, my favorite drawing instrument has changed from a brush to a mouse, a monitor has replaced paper and the computer has become my easel. In the nearly six years since then, it has been an exploration into a different, digital world.
Even though I create computer graphics, what I've been trying to do is get closer to something that is unlike computer graphics. With this feeling, I've put into this work the sense of sorrow that arises when we forget things when we take up a new tool along with the prospect for growth and new wisdom that accompanies that new tool.
I hope to continue creating works of art while searching for new methods that no one has yet discovered. I look forward to your attention as my efforts develop.
