| I am a ceramic artist. My artwork is three-dimensional in that I use china clay. Digital artwork is completely different from ceramic art. That's why I'm interested in it. Sometimes, after finishing my job, I start to dabble with digital artwork. The time quickly passes and I don't realize it. At the same time, I was surprised to notice that I have nearly exceeded the capacity in my hard disk drive. I derive the same kind of interest when I work in ceramics; I am essentially interested in the eroticism to be found in subjects. Based on this concept, I'm always thinking of how I can add poetic phrasing to complete my work. Anyway, it is my great pleasure to receive an award for my second entry in the DCA competition. I am very much grateful to the judges and everyone concerned. |
