Yoichiro Kawaguchi
CG Artist, Professor of The University of Tokyo
Born in Tanegashima Island, 1952, Mr. Kawaguchi graduated from the Kyushu Institute of Design, and finished his studies at the Tokyo University of Education. He gained international prestige as a CG artist, and is ranked number one with the most prizes won worldwide.
He was a Venicia Vienna '95 Japan Pavilion Artist Representative.
In Japan, Mr. Kawaguchi has won numerous prizes, including Gold Medal Prize of Tokyo Techno Forum, and Loreau Grand Prize, among others.

1994 CD-ROM and book titled "COACERVATER," published by NTT Publishing.
1998 Video, DVD, and LD titled "LUMINOUS VISION," published in the United States, by Odyssey.
1998 The collected works titled "Kawaguchi Yoichiro," published by ggg, TransArt.

Maywa Denki is an art unit produced by Nobumichi Tosa. It was named after the company that his father founded many years ago. The costume is designed as a typical working uniform of Japanese electric stores, symbolizing small/medium-sized enterprises that had once supported Japan's economy during its high-growth period.

Saori Kanda
Artist
Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan in 1978, Saori Kanda was brought up in Iraq (Baghdad), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and Japan (Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture). Since graduating from the Department of Visual Communication Design in the College of Art and Design at Musashino Art University, she has been working as an illustrator under the name SAORI'An. Kanda uses the beauty of Japan as the focal concept for her work. She has been garnering attention as an artist who does dynamic work featuring such things as a live painting performance. She has also done illustrations for the promotional video and CD covers for the first three songs of Asuca Hayashi (Toshiba EMI).

After a two year plus stint at the publisher he foundedRainbow Japan Inc. in 1991. Rainbow Japan has over the past 13+ years grown to be Japan's most successful digital media production company producingwebsites, DVDs, CD-ROMs and other digital media for Japan's largestcorporations.
In 2000 Kevin co-founded Rainbow Partners Inc.
which focuseson licensing metadata content and technologies to consumer electronics manufacturers. Rainbow Partners is the Asian distributor for world leadingdatabases and technologies such as All Media Guide and Matsushita'sMusicsommelier.
